Background/Summary: 

The City’s Code of Ordinances and Comprehensive Plan controls and directs the development of land within the municipal limits of the City by way of text and maps. The applicant, the City of Riviera Beach, is the owner of the 1.37 acre property on North Congress Ave (the “Property.”). The Property currently has a future land use designation of Industrial and the change in future land use designation to Community Facilities will correspond with the current and projected long term use of the property. The City has redeveloped this property for the new Library facility to serve the residents of the City of Riviera Beach
