Background/Summary: 

This application is for site plan approval for the construction of a restaurant in the same location that a restaurant called the Crab Pot once was on the north side of Blue Heron Boulevard and east of Lake Shore Drive.

 

This project was heard by the Planning and Zoning Board twice, and the CRA twice and then was most recently before the Planning and Zoning Board in January of 2019 at which meeting there was a 3-3 split vote.  

 

The project is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Code of Ordinances and is now ready for the City Council's consideration and action.
