The City of Riviera Beach, Special Utility District, and the Community Redevelopment Agency has ascertained legal services for public-private partnership counsel are required for developer agreements and development negotiations as the City moves forth with its “Re-imagine Riviera Beach" initiatives.

Recommendation/Motion: 

Accordingly, and consistent with the provisions of the solicitation, it is the consensus of the evaluation committee that the "two top ranked” firms be recommended to provide legal services for the City of Riviera Beach.
