| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The City Council adopted the City’s Five-Year Capital Projects Plan for fiscal years 2020/2021 through 2024/2025 on September 16, 2020 through City Ordinance No. 4152. The Five-Year Capital Projects Plan does not recognize the Federal American Rescue Plan funding distribution to the City of Riviera Beach. Additionally, the City’s current Five-Year Capital Projects Plan does not sufficiently appropriate funds for replacing Fire Stations 86 and 88. The funding sources originally identified in the City’s Five-Year Capital Projects Plan for Fiscal Years 2020/2021 through 2024/2025 to construct Fire Stations 86 and 88 require an amendment to capital financing.
As a result of the preceding conditions, staff finds it necessary to amend the City’s Five-Year Capital Plan. |
