To facilitate the data collection, review, and subsequent defense of a disparity study several of the leading firms and individuals in the industry, associated with data gathering, conducting reviews, and the overall implementation of facilitating a study has been engaged.
Team Introductions:
The following firms has been engaged for the purposes of assisting the City with accomplishing its goals of a study. The process consists of primarily four parts.

B2GNow’s (Mr. Joshua Lowery) role is to assist with integration into the Tyler System and laying the foundation for the study with several modules from their software suite, contract compliance, expenditures, and ERP integration.
MGT Consulting Group, Inc.’s (Dr. Fred Seamon) role is to pre-stud preparations to determine the sufficiency of data proposed by B2Gnow for future data collection and conducting a disparity study.
Tydings and Rosenberg, LLC (Mr. Franklin Lee) - role consists of ensuring the centralized registration, code review and enable the City to accurately measure the success and impact of various policies.
