Background/Summary: 

The City of Riviera Beach is scheduled to hold its Municipal Election March 9, 2021  which is the Uniform Municipal Election date.

 

In order to utilize the voting equipment from the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office and for the PBCSOE to carry associated responsibilities, the 2021 Municipal Election Vote Processing Equipment Use and Elections Services Agreement must be approved and properly executed as required by the PBCSOE.

 

Staff requests approval of and authorization to execute the 2021 Municipal Election Vote Processing Equipment Use and Elections Services Agreement.
