| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies are critical tools for improving the quality, accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of government services provided by the City of Riviera Beach. GIS technologies provide a visual and geographical platform for managing City operations and provide a framework for information sharing. Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) is a sole source provider of the subscription service applications and maintenance updates required for the existing Geographic Information System system utilized by the City of Riviear Beach. ESRI’s Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise Agreement (SGEA) is a three year agreement that will grant the City of Riviera Beach access to the licensed software, support and services at a lower cost than acquiring these products individually. |
