Background/Summary: 

The City is required to modify and update the Five Year Capital Plan per Florida Statutes Section 163.3177 which states that the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan be reviewed by the local government on an annual basis. A workshop was held on August 29, 2020 with the City Council to review and discuss the Citywide Five Year Capital Plan.
