Background/Summary: 

For several years, the Lindsey Davis Community Center has hosted the senior meals program operated by Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as “County”.    As you may be aware, the County through its Community Services Department funds the Senior Citizens Meals Program. 

 

At this time, it has been determined that it is necessary to effectuate the use of a Facility Use Agreement between the City and the County to continue with the provision of such meal services on behalf of our residents.
