City staff recommends re-appointing Ms. Rena Burgess (current Chairperson), Mr. Jon Gustafson (current Vice-Chairperson), Mr. Anthony Brown, and Mr. James Gallon, to another three-year term as a volunteer on the Planning and Zoning Board.

Background/Summary: 

The Planning and Zoning Board is a nine member advisory board of the City Council, comprised of seven primary positions and two alternate positions.  All members are appointed by the City Council and serve in a voluntary capacity.  This board is primarily tasked with reviewing Site Plan Applications, new Land Development Regulations, and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.

 

Terms of four Board Members are set to expire in April 2020; Ms. Rena Burgess (current Chairperson), Mr. Jon Gustafson (current Vice-Chairperson), Mr. Anthony Brown, and Mr. James Gallon.  All four of these Board Members have requested City Council nomination for another three-year term.  City staff recommends that the City Council re-appoint all four members.
