IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S INVESTMENT POLICY, THE CITY ENGAGES THE SERVICES OF A THIRD_PARTY INVESTMENT MANAGER. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT PUBLISHES QUARTERLY INVESTMENT REPORTS; HOWEVER, THE CITY COUNCIL HAS NEVER HEARD DIRECTLY FROM THE INVESTMENT MANAGER. IN AN EFFORT TO BE OPEN AND TRANSPARENT, THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IS REQUESTING  A BRIEF PRESENTATION FROM PFM IN REGARDS TO THE CITY'S INVESTMENT POLICY AND INVESTMENTS.
