Background/Summary: 

In 2019 City Staff made application to the Palm Beach County Department of Economic Sustainability for reconstruction of 26th Court from Avenue "M" to 27th Street. Under Resolution No. 94-19, the City Council approved execution of the required Inter-local Agreement with Palm Beach County for receipt of $166,375 in CDBG grant funding. In accordance with the Palm Beach County Agreement, this project must be awarded by March 2020 and construction commence in April 2020.
