Background/Summary: 

The applicant, Inner City Youth Golfers, Inc., has applied for approval of a site plan (SP-19-09), for 125 W 13th Street, (associated with parcel control numbers 56-43-42-33-06-012-0061, 56-43-42-33-06-012-0051, 56-43-42-33-06-012-0042, 56-43-42-33-06-012-0032, 56-43-42-33-06-012-0021, 56-43-42-33-06-012-0011). Inner City Youth Golfers, Inc. desires to construct a one-story 3,602 square foot learning center and golf museum at the subject property consisting of .315 acres. 

 

Section 31-57, of the City of Riviera Beach Code of Ordinances establishes the requirements for Site Plan review by the City Council. City staff has determined that the site plan application (SP-19-09) is consistent and compatible with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations. On November 14, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of this site plan.  City staff also recommends project approval.
