Background/Summary: 

This Presentation Item is related to potential development activity on West Blue Heron Boulevard.  In particular, the developer is requesting to present his proposal to the City Council for its review and consideration.  Amongst other details, the City may have to vacate a stormwater conveyance ditch so as to provide for the necessary land area needed for the proposed project.    Still, more specific information will be provided as a part of the formal Presentation.
