Fire Rescue, as a provider of Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), currently participates in a Mutual Aid, Interlocal Agreement for Fire/Rescue Assistance with the City of West Palm Beach. The original agreement was executed on October 5, 2009. This agreement authorizes local governments to make the most effective use of their power by enabling them to cooperate with other localities on a basis of mutual advantage and thereby to provide services and facilities that will harmonize geographic, economic, population and other factors influencing the needs and development of local communities.
