| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | At this time, the Utility Special District Board of Directors’ business meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. However, in an effort to establish more continuity and improved organizational alignment, staff is recommending that such meeting date be changed. More specifically, it is proposed that the Utility Special District Board of Directors meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noticed. This change would allow for such meetings to take place immediately prior to regularly scheduled City Council Meetings.
Further, it is staff’s belief that this proposal would prove beneficial to both the Utility Special District Board of Directors as well as the general public. |
