Background/Summary: 

The City is required to modify and update the Five Year Capital Plan per Florida Statutes Section 163.3177 which states that the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan be reviewed by the local government on an annual basis. A workshop was held on August 26, 2019 with the City Council to review and discuss the Five Year Capital Plan. The First reading was held on September 9, 2019.
