Background/Summary: 

Hammerhead Productions had the municipal beach reserved and North Ocean Ave approved for closure for August 31 and September 1, 2019. The event was canceled due to Hurricane Dorian. The event has been rescheduled for October 12 and 13, 2019. Therefore staff is seeking approval to close North Ocean Ave behind the Ocean Mall from  5 a.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019 and from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2019 for the Blues and BBQ Event.
