| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT’s) contractor will be installing lighting along Congress Avenue under the FDOT’s Congress Avenue Lighting Retrofit Project; and the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District owns water and wastewater utilities which are existing within the County’s Congress Avenue right-of-way and existing water utilities are in conflict with the construction under the Congress Avenue Lighting Retrofit Project.
There is an approximately 1,400 linear feet of the Utility Special District’s 10-inch diameter asbestos concrete water main along Congress Avenue which will have to be relocated. |
