Background/Summary: 

Ms. Dorothy Bullard was appointed as the sixth (alternate) member of the General Employees Civil Service Board on May 2, 2018.  A regular member resigned on February 12, 2019. Ms. Bullard regularly attends board meetings and has been an active participant of the board.  Therefore, staff is recommending that Ms. Bullard be appointed as regular member of the board.
