| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | Palm Beach County is in the process of installing school zone flashers along Australian Avenue in the vicinity of West Riviera Elementary School; the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District owns water and wastewater utilities which are existing within the County’s Australian Avenue right of way and are in conflict with the school zone flashers; due to the conflicts, there is an approximately 40 linear foot portion of the Utility Special District’s 12-inch diameter water main along Australian Avenue which will have to be relocated. |
