Staff recommends that the Utility Special District Board approves the contract with Tanner Industries, Inc., to provide Anhydrous Ammonia tank rental and the maintenance of tanks to include labor, material and equipment on an as needed basis.

Background/Summary:

Tanner Industries, Inc., of Southampton, PA is awarded Bid No. 19-146 effective until June 30, 2021. The contract allows Tanner Industries, Inc., to provide Anhydrous Ammonia tank rental and the maintenance of tanks to include labor, material and equipment on an as needed basis.

The Utility Special District wishes to utilize Tanner Industries, Inc., Bid 19-146 in an amount not to exceed $50,000 annually.
