Horton, has concurrently applied for approval of a future land use map amendment (LU-18-01), a zoning map amendment (RZ-18-01), a site plan (SP-18-09) and a plat (PA-18-02), associated with the property known as 3301 Broadway, parcel control number 56-43-42-28-00-001-0120, approximately 9.50 acres in area. The City received an application for plat approval (PA-18-02) named “Riviera Cove” from D. R. Horton, Inc. to plat 9.50 acres of land at 3301 Broadway Avenue to develop a multi-family residential development consisting of 89 townhome units, referred to as Riviera Cove. The Riviera Cove Plat complies with the City’s Code of Ordinances and with Florida Statutes.
