Background/Summary:

Through March 31, 2019, certain budgets have been depleted below acceptable levels for current office holders. Staff is requesting authorization to approve budget transfers regarding current expenditures in excess of 50% of the adopted budgets for Districts 1, 3, and 5, the Mayor's Office and the City Attorney.
