During the April 3rd meeting, discussion ensued regarding the settlement agreement with former city manager, Jonathan Evans.  Staff was instructed to schedule a special meeting to discuss updating, modifying, disposing of and/or amending the settlement agreement with Mr. Jonathan Evans to allow for him to return as city manager in Riviera Beach.  Also, start negotiation on his city manager contract.
