| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The Manatee Lagoon, a Florida Power & Light (FPL) Eco Discovery Center, is located at 100 Broadway, within the City of Riviera Beach (City). FPL desires to install a Manatee Lagoon Wall Mural at 105 Broadway, which is owned by the Port of Palm Beach (Port), and located within the City. The wall mural is approximately eight feet high by fifty feet wide, and will promote the City (at no cost to the City), the Port and FPL. The Port’s Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the Manatee Lagoon Wall Mural on February 21, 2019. This item has no cost impact to the City. City staff recommends City Council consideration of this Resolution. |
