Background/Summary: 

In January 2019 the Office of the City Attorney and in February 2019 the Executive Office were relocated to the New Public Works Building due to water intrusion in the northwest corner of City Hall. Erdman Anthony, one of the City's consulting engineering firms, will assemble a team of experts to evaluate the existing building, provide recommendation for remediation, and discuss future options for long-term occupation of the City Hall property. 

 

The existing City Hall Improvements capital sheet shall be modified to add $300,000 to fund the study and public presentations to the Council and Community.
