Background/Summary: 

The Planning and Zoning Board is a nine member advisory board of the City Council, comprised of seven primary positions and two alternate positions.  Both alternate positions are currently vacant.  All members are appointed by the City Council and serve in a voluntary capacity.  This board is primarily tasked with reviewing Site Plan Applications and new Land Development Regulations. 

The City continuously accepts applications for new volunteer board members.  An application was submitted by Mr. Javarious G. Jackson (District 2) requesting appointment to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board.  Associated documents have been attached for your consideration.
