| | | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | Avenue “O”, W. 36th St. and Avenue N Neighborhood Improvement Project has been scheduled for reconstruction for fiscal year 2018-19. The project consists of demolition of the roadway, construction of asphalt pavement roadway, water system, sanitary sewer system, curb, gutter and installation of sidewalks. The project was advertised for bids on December 11, 2018. Four bidders submitted bids ranging from $2,097,260.15 to $2,457,729.85. The lowest bid was submitted by Rosso Site Development based in Lake Worth, Florida. The Purchasing Department has reviewed the bids and recommends award of bid to the lowest responsive bidder, Rosso Site Development in the amount of $2,097,260.15.
