| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The applicant, the City of Riviera Beach, has applied for approval of a site plan (SP-18-21) associated with the property known as 1621 West Blue Heron Boulevard, known by parcel control number 56-43-42-29-04-007-0181 and 56-43-42-29-04-007-0010. The City desires to construct a new 12,490 square-foot fire station to replace the existing 4,000 square-foot fire station as well as add a 648 square-foot event building within the Barracuda Bay Aquatic Complex as phase 2 of the plan at the subject property.
City staff has determined that subject the site plan application (SP-18-21) is consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the City’s Land Development Regulations. The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the site plan application on January 24, 2019, and unanimously recommend approval to the City Council. City staff recommends approval of this item. |
