In an effort to create sustainability, decrease the amount of rental properties within the City of Rivera Beach and foster home ownership, I am requesting Council to have the City Attorney's Office remove all code enforcement liens from the property located at 801 West 1st Street, Riviera Beach, for the home to be sold to a first time home buyer.
