Background/Summary: 
There are four charter amendment ballot questions that the voters will consider on March 12, 2019.  The Attorney for the Charter Amendment Committee developed the document to educate the public.  In which Florida Statutes 106.113 states that the local government may expend funding related to electioneering communication which is limited to factual information.  This item is being presented to the City Council to discuss cost related to distribution of this information and developing a budget for same.
