Background/Summary: 

The Town of Palm Beach Shores is located adjacent to the City of Riviera Beach on Singer Island.  Palm Beach Shores is located on a peninsula where vehicular access into the Town must utilize roadway infrastructure within Riviera Beach.  Palm Beach Shores is preparing for commencement of an electric utility improvement project with Viking Electric, which is expected to be completed within 18 months, and has requested the temporary use of a currently vacant parcel of land located within Riviera Beach, addressed as 1165 East Blue Heron Boulevard, PCN 56-43-42-27-04-000-4790, for the staging and storage of material and equipment associated with said project.  Temporary utilization of 1165 East Blue Heron Boulevard for staging and storage may create increased efficiencies during the construction process, resulting in a shorter project timeline with reduced impacts to adjacent residents and businesses.
