Background/Summary: 

Applicant, Titon Builders, Inc. has applied for plat approval (PA-18-01) for the plat named “CEMEX RIVIERA BEACH”, a re-plat of the “MACK INDUSTRIES” plat and “TAYLORTOWN” plat, associated with the real property known by parcel control number 56-43-42-32-25-001-0000 and 56-43-42-32-20-001-0020, approximately 5.2 acres in area, located at 501 Avenue ‘S’ (AKA Sam Cooper Way).  Approval of the “CEMEX RIVIERA BEACH” plat is a condition of approval for the previously approved site plan for Titon Builders, Inc. (SP-18-08), per Resolution No. 115-18.  A third-party review has confirmed that the proposed plat complies with applicable Florida Statutes.  The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the Plat application (PA-18-01) on October 11, 2018.
