| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The City Council approved Resolution 146-15 in October 2015 for the installation of seven (7) “Welcome to Riviera Beach” signs and twenty-one community signs throughout the City. Due to permitting with the FDOT and Palm Beach County, the installation was delayed into 2016 and 2017. The contractor determined that the installation of irrigation would not be conducted by their office. During the budget process, the City Council determined that lights, landscaping, and irrigation is desired at all 28 sign location.
Staff requests that City Council approve the work order with Chen Moore and Associates, to provide engineering, landscaping design services for the twenty-eight (28) signs located throughout the City. |
