| | | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | On September 10, 2018, ITB 957-17-4 was issued for prospective contractors to submit bids for the construction of the Singer Island Dune Walkover project. The City received three bids from James S. Lavold, Inc, All-site Construction and Baker Design Build, Inc. The construction shall include the establishment of a beach access path including a dune walkover at 5150 North Ocean between Via Delfino and Seawinds Condominiums.
Staff requests that City Council approve the construction contract to James S. Lavold, Inc to provide construction services for the Singer Island Dune Walkover project. |
