| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | In order to supplement existing Building Division staff resources, the City issued Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 953-18-3 for plan review and inspection services on May 14, 2018. Two proposals were submitted to the City prior to the RFP due date of June 11, 2018 and a selection committee reviewed and ranked the two proposals on June 22, 2018. The selection committee results are as follows (listed alphabetically); CAP Government, Inc. received a total score of 73 points; NOVA Engineering & Environmental, LLC received a total score of 83.8 points. The written evaluation tabulation sheet results are attached hereto as Exhibit ‘A’. City staff requests City Council approval of this resolution which will provide authorization to proceed with contract negotiation.
