Background/Summary: 
On September 19, 2016, the City appointed Corey Smith by Resolution No. 124-16 to serve as a special master for code enforcement hearings, unsafe building hearings, and for other city hearings.  The Mayor and City Clerk executed the Legal Services Agreement for Mr. Smith’s legal services on September 17, 2014.  The Agreement provides as option to extend the term of the agreement for additional two (2) year periods should the Attorney wish to renew the Agreement for an additional two year term.  Mr. Smith wishes to renew the Legal Services Agreement for an additional term.

 

The agreement remains the same in all other respects.
