Staff recommends that the City Council approve the resolution.

Background/Summary:

The City’s annual submission of an application to Palm Beach County Department of Department of Economic Sustainability for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for FY 2018-2019 for the reconstruction of Avenue M from W. 23^rd Street to W. 27^th Street; which is identified in the Northwest Neighborhood Strategy Area has been granted.

Staff requests that City Council approve the work order with Chen Moore and Associates, to provide civil engineering design services for reconstruction of Avenue M from W. 23^rd Street to W. 27^th Street.
