Background/Summary: 

The applicant, Peterson Property Investment, LLC, has applied for site plan and special exception approval (SP-18-11 / SE-18-01) associated with the vacant property known by parcel control number 56-42-42-25-00-000-5090.  The applicant desires to construct an automated car wash with supplemental canopy covered area and office for a total of 6,287 square feet in area.  The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the site plan and special exception application (SP-18-11 / SE-18-01) on August 23, 2018 and unanimously recommended approval to the City Council.  City staff recommends City Council approval of this resolution.
