The applicant, Millennia Housing Management, LTD, has applied for site plan approval (SP-17-05), associated with the property known as 1555 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, parcel control number 56-43-42-32-06-000-0090. Millennia Housing Management desires to renovate the exterior of existing residential buildings as well as the interior of all units. Additionally, they desire to construct a 4,482 square foot community center facility at the subject property.
City staff has determined that the site plan application (SP-17-05) is consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the City’s Land Development Regulations. The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the site plan application (SP-17-05) on April 26, 2018, and unanimously recommend approval to the City Council.
City staff recommends City Council consideration of this resolution.
Please note that this Resolution is interconnected with an Ordinance for Right-of-Way abandonment, and an Ordinance associated with amendment off-street parking ratios. Millennia Housing Management has also requested a settlement agreement associated with existing property liens.
