Background/Summary: 

The COUNTY intends to make road improvements to Silver Beach Rd. from E. of Congress Ave. to E. of Old Dixie Hwy.  The COUNTY and the DISTRICT desire to jointly participate in the construction of utility adjustments to the DISTRICT'S water main, force main and other improvements within the Project area.
