| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | Florida Power and Light (FPL), has applied for approval of a site plan (SP-18-07), associated with the property known as 2460 Port West Blvd, parcel control number 56-42-42-36-33-000-0000. FPL desires to construct a single story 3,500 square foot In-Fleet building at the subject property. Section 31-57, of the City of Riviera Beach Code of Ordinances establishes the requirements for Site Plan review by the City Council. City Staff has determined that the site plan application (SP-18-07) is consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the City’s Land Development Regulations. The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the site plan application (SP-18-07) on August 9, 2018, and unanimously recommend approval to the City Council.
