Background/Summary: 
The City’s Public Works Department is planning to reconstruct the roadways associated with the Avenue “O” neighborhood improvement project. The Utility Special District is working along with the Public Works Department and taking the opportunity to construct new water mains beneath the said roadways during the roadway reconstruction. The domestic water service lines for the Utility Special District customers are currently located in the rear of their homes and will need to be relocated from the rear to the front in order to be connected to the new water mains.
