THE UPGRADES WILL ALSO ADDRESS THE CLOSED CAPTION ISSUE, WHICH HAS BECOME A PROBLEM FOR ALL AREA PEG TV STATIONS AND OTHER AREA PEG STATIONS ALSO ARE TAKING THE NECESSARY STEPS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. |
