Background/Summary: 

The applicant, Vertex Development, LLC, has submitted an application for approval of a site plan (SP-17-09), associated with the property known as 700 Avenue ‘E’, located within the Port of Palm Beach, parcel control number 56-43-42-33-22-001-0010.  Vertex Development, LLC, desires to construct a 130 foot monopole wireless services tower on the subject property. 

 

Chapter 31, Article XI, of the City’s Code of Ordinances provides criteria for the siting of towers and antennas for wireless service facilities.  City staff has determined that site plan application SP-17-09 is consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the City’s Land Development Regulations.  The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed site plan application SP-17-09 on July 12, 2018, and unanimously recommend approval to the City Council.

 

City staff recommends City Council review and approval of this Resolution.
