Background/Summary: 

In 2012, the City issued a Request for Proposals for Labor Services.  The law offices of McLean & CO., LLC, and Torcivia, Donlon, Goddeau & Ansay, P.A. were selected to negotiate the City's union contracts.  Both firms have successfully negotiated the union contracts and handled other labor matters on behalf of the City.  The agreements for both firms expired on April 15, 2018 while in the middle of the negotiation of union contracts in implementing the compensation study and other matters.  These matters have not been completed.
