Background/Summary: 

The City of Riviera Beach is in need of a licensed attorney to serve as the City’s Development Special Magistrate, per City Code Section 31-36, to hear variances and administrative appeals.  Keith W. Davis, Esquire, of Davis & Ashton, P.A., is qualified and willing to serve as the Magistrate as required.  Staff recommends entering into an agreement with Keith W. Davis, Esquire, for a term of two (2) years with an option to extend the term of the agreement for an additional two (2) year period.
