Background/Summary: 

The City’s Public Works Department is planning within the next six months to reconstruct the roadways for Avenue “O” (from 27th Street to 31st Street; 28th Street (from Avenue “O” to avenue “R”) 36th street (from Avenue “O” to President Barack Obama Highway) and Avenue “N” (from 35th Street to 36th Street) the Community Development Block Grant program.

 

In order to minimize costs, the Utility District is working along with the Public Works Department and taking the opportunity to use this relatively short window of time to complete the engineering design to upgrade the water and sewer utilities beneath the said roadways
