Background/Summary: 

The State of Florida has general programming support funds for cultural educational programs and events. Staff has applied for the maximum ($50,000) so that we can enhance our cultural programming offering.

 

The grant requires a match, however, salaries and operating cost that are already budgeted can be used.

 

Staff is requesting ratification of the grant application submittal as the deadline was June 1, 2018. The grant submittal can be pulled should the Council decide against ratification.
